Hey
Just wondering when I am up to putting the glass in can I just put it straight on or will I have to make it flush with the inside of the front. Think that makes sense lol

I'm not sure I understand your question.
You need an exterior frame to hold the glass in place and the glass should be sitting on top of the bottom piece of plywood. This article has a nice diagram towards the end: Plywood Aquarium
