100 gallon stocking list

Hey guys hopefully I will be building a 100 gallon plywood tank soon and was wondering what you's think would be a cool stocking list have never kept CA cichlid but would like to try them :)

I have a 100 gallon as well with convicts, jack dempsey's, jaguar cichlid, and a small blood parrot.
If i was you i'd get a male jack dempsey because they really add some color to your tank
