I have been using this product for about a month now to supplement my pellet feedings. I usually feed New Life Spectrum in the morning and the mysis in the evenings. My Calvus absolutely love the stuff. The cubes are suprisingly easy to use and don't make any mess at all. I think this product presents a good opportunity for you to give your fish the quality and variety of food that they deserve. I would definitely recommend trying this out at least once on your cichlids.
This particular food is one of my favorites. It is very nutritious, and my fish love it. It does not make a mess, nor does it smell when I put it into the tank. This is one food I can't do without.
This is a great product that I've fed to several different types of cichlids. My South American and Africans both readily eat this product. I wouldnt really recommend Mysis for fry and really small fish as its a bit large (larger than brine shrimp and daphnia).
